I’ve always believed that if you live truly and fully, then even once is enough.

As a certified sexological body worker and holistic women's health coach, I use my understanding of the beautiful complexity of humanness and my passion for living life to the fullest to empower others to step into who they really are, as a fully embodied, thriving woman.

My courses will support your holistic healing journey, and to uncover the most authentic version of yourself and finding back to safety and aliveness of your own body, sensuality and sexuality.

I serve my clients in Finnish, Swedish and English, even when the Membership page is in English.
